COST:         $75.00 ROOKIES -  $90.00 JV & VARSITY

Teams will be forming for boys and girls at all levels; Varsity (7^th & 8^th Grade), Junior Varsity (5^th & 6^th) and Rookie (3^rd &4^th).

Please have your child registered on the CYO website.  Go to www.washcyo.com and register. (The Parish Affiliation is St. Pius X-329.  Remember to update your child’s grade) Print out the “Consent Form”, sign and bring with you to registration. 

Along with the signed form, please bring a check payable to St. Pius X CYO in the amount of $75 for Rookies and $90.00 for Junior Varsity and Varsity.  NOTE: If this is the FIRST time you are participating in CYO sports, you also need to bring a copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate.

IMPORTANT: Your child will NOT be “registered” unless this signed consent form and participation fee is submitted at the registration. If you do not register at this time, your child may be put on a waiting list.
